Honey-Sweetened Tree-to-Bar Hawaiʻi Chocolate

Hakalau Chocolate is made with only two ingredients - 100% Hawaiian cacao and 100% Hawaiian honey. We grow our cacao and hand craft our chocolate in small batches at Kulike Farm, our off-grid permaculture homestead on the Hamakua coast of Big Island.
