Pure cacao nibs from Kulike Farm - these nibs are from organically grown cacao from our permaculture farm and other small organic farms on the east side of Big Island (Hawaii).  We ferment in banana-leaf lined boxes, then dry and roast.  These nibs are of exceptional quality, as everything is done in small batches with attention to detail!  Limited quantity available, please check first if interested in a large order.
