Our tree-to-bar hand-crafted chocolate is made with only two ingredients, organically grown Hakalau cacao and Big Island honey. This is what sets Hakalau Chocolate apart from maybe every other chocolate you have tried.

A medley of organically grown hot Hawaiian chili peppers and Kona sea salt combine smoothly with our 80% dark chocolate and honey to pop on your tongue with fantastic zing. This bar is HOT, but mellowed by the chocolate, so while recommended for fans of heat, it is also enjoyed by customers who usually avoid hot spices!
