Our tree-to-bar hand-crafted chocolate is made with only two ingredients, organically grown Hakalau cacao and Big Island honey. This is what sets Hakalau Chocolate apart from maybe every other chocolate you have tried.

Our Cinnamon bar blends our 80% cacao with our own Ceylon cinnamon that we grow at Kulike Farm. We harvest tree branches, peel off the bark, clean it, dry it, grind it and add to our honey-sweetened chocolate. Cinnamon helps reduce inflammation, is high in antioxidants, regulates blood sugar, and even could help prevent Alzheimer's and slow cancers. Plus - it is a warming, uplifting, delicious flavor!
