Our tree-to-bar hand-crafted chocolate is made with only two ingredients, organically grown Hakalau cacao and Big Island honey. This is what sets Hakalau Chocolate apart from maybe every other chocolate you have tried. Our Smooth bar is 80% cacao. Each bar is approximately 2 ounces.
