Pure whole, roasted cacao beans from Kulike Farm.  Our beans are from organically grown trees from our permaculture farm and other small organic farms on the east side of Big Island (Hawaii).  We ferment in banana-leaf lined boxes, then dry, and roast.  You can hand peel the outer thin shells (husk) by rubbing together in your palms and peeling off any remaining shell.  Nibble on them whole, or wrap in our dried apple bananas.  These beans are of exceptional quality, as everything is done in small batches with attention to detail!
